Our Pet Friendly Apartments With Exceptional Amenity Spaces

We can’t get enough of our four-legged friends! If you’re a pet lover too, you’ll fit right in at Ocean Park of Ponte Vedra. We provide all the convenient amenities you and your pet have come to expect from a pet-friendly community.Pet-friendly South Beach Park and Sunshine Playground is just around the corner from Ocean Park at 2514 South Beach Parkway in Jacksonville Beach. Ocean Park of Ponte Vedra is conveniently located near Paws Dog Park if you’re looking for an exciting pet adventure. Paws Dog Park is a fenced, off-leash dog park which features a pond where dogs can go for a nice swim to cool off during those hot sunny days. The park is located just a short drive from Ocean Park of Ponte Vedra at 468 Penman Road South in Jacksonville Beach.

Our community partners with Pet Screening. We believe in healthy and responsible pet interactions for all residents and want to create a community that welcomes everyone to a pet-responsible environment. To provide our residents with the most pet-friendly and pet responsible experience, all pets and animals on our property must be registered in Pet Screening. If you do not have a pet, we still need you to fill out the questionnaire in Pet Screening. Please reach out to a team member as pricing varies. Each pet profile must be processed separately.

We offer the ultimate in luxurious living for small- and large-breed dogs (breed restrictions apply). Take your pooch to our Pawsitively amazing dog park to enjoy its fenced grassy area equipped with jumps, barrels and activities to keep your dog feeling at the top of its game. Our pet spa is the perfect place to clean up after a day of fun at the beach, lake, or nearby dog parks. Our pet spa offers a ramp for quick and easy access to the tub. You’ll appreciate our dog grooming supplies including blow-dryer, hose, vacuum, and a variety of shampoos.

Pet Policy

  • 3 pet maximum per apartment.
  • Non-refundable fees: $300 for small pets that are 25lbs and under; $500 for larger pets 26lbs and over. Second pet is $250; Third pet is $250.
  • No Pet Fee for Service and First Responder animals with proper paperwork from a licensed medical professional.
  • Poo Prints Program - $85 DNA charge per dog.
  • No weight limit!
  • Pet Damage Insurance is required or ask a member of Management about additional deposit options.
  • Pet Screening is utilized to determine the "Paw" rating per pet and monthly pet rent.
