Number of pets allowed per apartment: 3 pet maximum
Non-Refundable Fee: $300 for small pet’s (25 lbs. and under) and $500 for large pet (26 lbs. and over).
Our community partners with Pet Screening. We believe in healthy and responsible pet interactions for all residents and want to create a community that welcomes everyone to a pet-responsible environment. To provide our residents with the most pet-friendly and pet responsible experience, all pets and animals on our property must be registered in Pet Screening. If you do not have a pet, we still need you to fill out the questionnaire in Pet Screening. Please reach out to a team member as pricing varies. Each pet profile must be processed separately. Pet rent is based on Pet Screening results. Scoring for 0-2 paws is $75 per month, 3-5 paws is $25 per month. Pet Screening is used for all residents whether you own a pet or not. Ask one of our customer experience specialists for more information.

Great location, well maintained property, staff is attentive, courteous and respectful, and maintenance issues are addressed promptly. We live in a 3-bedroom apartment and viewed a dozen other rental properties before selectly Ocean Park. It was a decision that we are very happy we made. Great place to live.
