These apartments are the best. The staff is awesome. Kevin and Justin are the best. And come through and take care of any maintenance quickly and effectively. They are lifesavers.
I would like commend Katlin McCoy for going above and beyond in her role as Community Manager, Katlin is always so pleasant and effective in her communications with me and all of the residents at Ocean Part. Fort Family is very fortunate to have such sweet and competent employee as Katlin McCoy.
Great location, well maintained property, staff is attentive, courteous and respectful, and maintenance issues are addressed promptly. We live in a 3-bedroom apartment and viewed a dozen other rental properties before selectly Ocean Park. It was a decision that we are very happy we made. Great place to live.
